HALO (Hostile Artillery Locating System) is the world’s most advanced and battle-proven acoustic weapon-locating system, operationally deployed by 12 armed forces, including NATO countries. Unlike radars, HALO operates covertly, without emitting an electronic signature, allowing it to precisely locate a Point of Origin such as enemy artillery and mortar launch sites, and Point of Impact such as strike locations for counterfire adjustments.
