The IT-DTD is a rugged, battery-powered handheld device for securely receiving, storing, and transferring cryptographic keys in compliance with NATO standards. It supports both symmetric and asymmetric keys and can load them onto various End Cryptographic Units (ECUs) via the EKMS 308 interface.
The device receives COMSEC material from other Data Transfer Devices or from an Electronic Key Management System, simplifying key loading and enhancing security.
It is compatible with multiple Common Fill Devices and supports DS-101 and DS-102 interfaces.
Designed for diverse operational scenarios—terrestrial, naval, avionic, strategic, tactical, and vehicular—it features a touchscreen and electronic pen for configuration, key transfer, and audit functions.
